Although not an animated Disney Flick, “Mr. Boogedy” was a made for tv movie Disney movie and that guy has creeped me out for life. They used to play it around halloween.

Saw one on THE WODERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY called DISNEYS GREATEST VILLIANS it showed all those villians it was hosted by THE MAGIC MIRROR played by HANS CONREID it even showed a scein of MADAME MADUSA from THE RESCUERS firing at the mice with a shot gun and blowing holes around the MAGIC MIRROR
